CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
 

• 2-3 years of Automotive and/or manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Knowledge of LEAN Tools - 5s, Kanban, Poka-yoke and Value Stream Mapping
• Proficiency with GD&T, blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Microsoft Office proficiency

 

JOB DETAILS:

• $65k - $70k
• Temp-to-hire
• 1st shift 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Located in Louisville, KY 40214
• Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare and manage PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Define and standardize inspection methods for incoming materials, in-process components, and final assemblies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of quality activities, inspections, and test results.
