CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of Automotive and/or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of LEAN Tools - 5s, Kanban, Poka-yoke and Value Stream Mapping
- Proficiency with GD&T, blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Microsoft Office proficiency
JOB DETAILS:
- $65k - $70k
- Temp-to-hire
- 1st shift 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Located in Louisville, KY 40214
- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare and manage PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Define and standardize inspection methods for incoming materials, in-process components, and final assemblies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of quality activities, inspections, and test results.
