Quality Inspector 

Pay Rate: $23.45 per hour

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team as an Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards through routine inspections during the manufacturing process. You will perform dimensional and electrical checks, interpret technical documents, and play a key role in maintaining product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process and final inspections of mechanical and electrical assemblies.

  • Conduct dimensional and electrical testing to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wire cards, and part lists.

  • Document inspection results and clearly identify non-conforming materials.

  • Approve or reject assemblies based on quality standards.

  • Follow well-defined procedures and inspection checklists.

  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of quality assurance practices and manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to interpret technical documents and inspection criteria.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and work independently in a structured environment.

  • No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided.

  • Coursework or certification in quality control or manufacturing technology is a plus.

  • Comfortable working with precision tools and measurement equipment.

  • Maintains a strong sense of responsibility and consistency in task execution.

  • Works well within a team and communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
