Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology and Telecom a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, is currently seekinga Quality Integration Specialist–Admin Quality Integration Specialist for a long-term engagement at one of our Global Medical Device clients located in Irvine, CA, or Santa Rosa, CA.
 
Our Client is a global leader in delivering innovative solutions in cardiac electrophysiology. For more than 30 years, they have been the global market leader in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment, working with thousands of electrophysiologists to identify and develop diagnostic and treatment tools.

Quality Integration Specialist-Admin Quality Integration Specialist

  • Provide project management support to drive delivery of project goals/schedule.
  • Work with other operating company Quality Systems organizations to ensure all appropriate documentation is appropriately dispositioned for each integration or divestiture, as applicable to the role
  • Perform Administrator requests, run reports, or retrieve historical records from Quality IT systems, as applicable to the role.
  • Process Change Orders for document controls, as applicable to the role.
  • Schedule Program and Workstream meetings.
  • Prepare analytics and presentations.
  • Publish meeting minutes, follow up.
  • Work with Workstream teams to plan activities.
  • Track completion of tasks and facilitate resolution of issues.
  • Escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Review documentation and provide feedback.
  • Facilitate document reviews and approvals.
  • Provide strategies for change management tasks to ensure accuracy/efficiency.
  • Assist with change requests as needed.
  • Assist with the identification of training requirements and training implementation.
  • Perform assigned Quality System procedure gap assessments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
