Quality Systems Assurance Analyst (Contractor)

Hybrid – Wilson, NC | Titusville, NJ | Horsham, PA
$35.09/hr. | 12-Month Contract (with potential extension)
Contract Length: 12 months (September 2025 – September 2026)
Schedule: Hybrid (7/8 AM – afternoon) – training with international teams included.

About the Role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Quality Systems Assurance Analyst (Analyst 3) to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our eLIMS Center of Excellence, supporting laboratory operations and driving the digital transformation of our quality systems.

The Analyst will play a key role in implementing and supporting LabVantage/eLIMS at a new North Carolina facility, ensuring laboratory data is accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, quality, and technology.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and maintain eLIMS master data setups to support laboratory processes, product release, and electronic Certificates of Analysis (CofA).

  • Support the implementation of LabVantage (eLIMS) at a new manufacturing site in Wilson, NC.

  • Integrate instruments and applications into eLIMS to streamline lab workflows.

  • Review and test system updates, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.

  • Create, update, and maintain system-related documentation (SOPs, protocols, procedures).

  • Collaborate with global IT and QC teams to ensure systems meet business and compliance needs.

  • Lead and support QC Operations projects such as paperless initiatives, harmonization, and standardization of processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (Science, IT, or related field) required.

  • 4–6 years of experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics).

  • Proven experience with LIMS (LabVantage, eLIMS, or similar systems) and Quality Systems.

  • Background in Quality Control, Analytical Testing, or IT systems strongly preferred.

  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
