At Kelly®, we're passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We're seeking a Reach Truck Operator with at least 1 year of consistent Reach Forklift experience to work in Norristown, PA. 
 
Pay:  $19 per hour
Shift:  Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate & Reach Operator You'll be:
• Assisting with filling wholesale orders for shipment: picking and packing orders under the supervision of the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor, and preparing orders for shipping.
• Assisting with the preparation, receiving, loading, unloading, repacking, moving, checking, and storing of inbound/outbound shipments of supplies and materials.
• Pulling, staging, and distributing supplies or other stock items to fill weekly work center orders.
• Verifying specifications and quantity accuracy of shipments received, both from vendors and work centers, as needed.
• Completing paperwork as needed to track and trace product from the Factory as it moves through the warehouse.
• Keeping the warehouse organized by labeling, replenishing shelves, and moving pallets to appropriate places using barcode scanning or FishBowl.
• Assisting with truck loading/offloading operations to ensure all policies and procedures are followed accordingly.
• Operating forklifts/Reach trucks and power industrial trucks in the warehouse and factory, checking them regularly and alerting the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor of any issues.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of safety procedures.
• Helping to ensure and maintain a sanitary, safe, and organized working area.
• Following proper documentation and safety procedures for all warehouse functions.
• Assisting in other duties as reasonably requested by the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor.

• Have excellent problem-solving skills.
 
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs. to shoulder height.
• Must be able to perform activities that include climbing, bending at the waist, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, and seeing.
• Must be able to use a forklift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Work environment could include slippery surfaces, noise or vibrations, mechanical hazards, electrical hazards, and fumes or odors.
