Mon - Friday 1st shift - can be flexible with hours.
Pay DOE - $50K - $70K
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for both the role and the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Host and participate in career events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the company brand and engage potential candidates.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years recruiting experience with at least 1-2 years in pharma/life sciences industry (healthcare or food manufacturing acceptable)
- Understanding of GMP/cGMP/sterile/aseptic production - proven success recruiting roles with gowning requirements
- Fast-paced environment recruiting - preferably startup experience with builder mentality
- Manufacturing sites experience - supporting 24/7 operations, multiple shifts, and high-volume initiatives
