Pay Rate: $30/hour

Overview
Kelly Services is excited to partner with a leading water and sanitation company that is seeking a dynamic Temporary Recruiter to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the rollout of Paycom payroll systems. Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing updates and feedback
• Liaise with hiring managers to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring alignment of expectations
• Provide critical support during the implementation of Paycom for payroll

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a full-cycle Recruiter of professional and industrial roles
• Hands-on experience with system implementation is required
• Prior experience using iSolved ATS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
