Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

What's a typical day as Registrar Services Specialist You'll be:
- Utilize the Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and the College website.
- Seek, clarify, and provide information within the College to answer questions.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from prospective, current, and former students, college departments, and the public.
- Process, maintain, and resolve issues related to student records utilizing the Document Management System.
- Review and process change-of-grade forms and approved updates in SIS.
- Evaluate college transcripts for transferable credit, graduation requirements, and accuracy of records.
- Verify student enrollments, loan deferments, answer subpoenas, and handle transcript and tuition verification requests.
- Prepare mailings, including envelope stuffing and labeling.
- Assist Student Services departments with information collection.
- Support college enrollment and retention campaigns.
- Operate office equipment efficiently.
- Train and direct student personnel with appropriate approval.
- Take on related duties as assigned.
- Availability to work additional hours as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have Successful completion of a minimum of 24 college credit hours in Administrative
Support Technology (AST), Business Information Systems, Computer Information
Systems, or Business Administration (BUS 1100, BUS 2030, BUS 2530, MKT
2520, ACC 1800, ACC 1810, ACC 1820 and
CIS 1050).-or- Associate Degree in any discipline
• Proficient Word and Excel
• Possess clerical, data filing, printing, telephone answering, and typing skills (electronic filing is preferred)
