Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative

Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Training Schedule: Training will last up to 90 days, Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm 
Location: 100% Remote Except for the following States: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IL, NJ, NY, VT, WA, WY)
Position Type: Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative? You'll be:
  • Handling inbound customer calls by researching and resolving loan level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and showing empathy while finding solutions
  • Demonstrating initiative by gaining a true understanding of each customer's challenges, proactively resolving issues, and helping prevent future problems
  • Participating in special projects, adapting to new responsibilities, and shifting priorities as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have strong attention to detail and love to ‘WOW' customers on every call
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Are driven to take ownership of customer problems and resolve them efficiently
  • Are adaptable and work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Think outside the box and demonstrate creative problem-solving
  • Can seamlessly multitask using technology for call handling, reviewing cases, and documenting calls
  • Hold a minimum high school diploma or GED and have at least 1 year of work experience (college degree with 0–1 year work experience is preferred)
  • Are able to work remotely (exceptions apply for AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IL, NJ, NY, VT, WA, WY)
