Resumen del puesto:
Buscamos talento entry-level para brindar soporte operativo en la programación, procesamiento y entrega de reportes de resultados para exámenes en Puerto Rico y Latinoamérica. Responsable de la puntualidad y precisión en la entrega de informes, solución de problemas en el flujo de datos y mejoras en los procesos del equipo.
Requisitos principales:
- Español fluido, inglés nivel laboral
- Organización y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas
- Trabajo independiente y resolución de problemas
- Manejo intermedio de Excel y disposición para aprender
- Experiencia en ambientes de flujo de datos, CRM o reportes (preferido)
