We're seeking for a Temporary Reporting Specialist to work at a leading organization in San Juan, PR. For 6 months approximate.

What's a typical day as Reporting Specialist You'll be:
  • Executing scheduling and operational workflows for scoring and reporting test administrations.
  • Processing and delivering scoring reports accurately and on time.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving workflow or data issues independently.
  • Learning internal systems and adapting quickly to new processes.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements for the reporting team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are entry-level with exposure to data workflows, CRM-like systems, or reporting environments.
  • Are fluent in Spanish and have working proficiency in English.
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Are dependable and able to work independently.
  • Have a problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Are comfortable with data workflows or reporting processes.
  • Have intermediate Excel knowledge and are willing to learn more.
  • Can accommodate on-site parking expenses.
