¿Cómo es un día típico como Representante de Merchandising I?

• Visitar clientes asignados siguiendo una ruta establecida para entregar productos procesados y recoger artículos usados, cumpliendo con los procedimientos de la empresa y las especificaciones del cliente.
• Identificar proactivamente las necesidades de los clientes y coordinar con la oficina de servicio para concretar oportunidades de ventas.
• Mantener altos estándares de higiene, salud y seguridad, así como cumplir con buenas prácticas de manufactura.
• Representar a la empresa con cortesía, profesionalismo y vestimenta adecuada, mientras construyes relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
• Cargar y descargar vehículos de manera segura, mantener la limpieza del vehículo y asegurar su desinfección diaria.
• Revisar y gestionar facturas, asegurar el conteo preciso de productos y manejar la documentación según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Usar eficazmente la tecnología, equipos y aplicaciones digitales asignadas para garantizar una documentación ágil y precisa del servicio.

Esta posición es ideal para ti si:

• Posees licencia de conducir Categoría 8 (requisito indispensable).
• Tienes experiencia en servicio al cliente, merchandising o entrega de rutas (preferible).
• Eres organizado/a y detallista, con habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
• Tienes actitud proactiva para identificar y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
• Puedes operar vehículos comerciales de forma segura y seguir protocolos de salud y seguridad.
• Te sientes cómodo/a usando tecnología y aplicaciones digitales en tu trabajo diario.
