Reprographics Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: West Houston 
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reprographics Clerk to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for operating copy/print equipment, processing document requests, and providing reliable support in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with reprographics equipment and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and binding/finishing equipment.

  • Receive, prioritize, and complete print and copy requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure documents meet quality standards before delivery.

  • Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and print supplies.

  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service when needed.

  • Organize and prepare documents for distribution, including sorting, collating, and binding.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly production area.

  • Provide customer service to internal departments or clients as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Prior experience in reprographics, print shop, mailroom, or office services preferred.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with print software or Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
