Reprographics Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: West Houston
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reprographics Clerk to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for operating copy/print equipment, processing document requests, and providing reliable support in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with reprographics equipment and basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities-
Operate high-volume copiers, printers, scanners, and binding/finishing equipment.

Receive, prioritize, and complete print and copy requests accurately and efficiently.

Ensure documents meet quality standards before delivery.

Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and print supplies.

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service when needed.

Organize and prepare documents for distribution, including sorting, collating, and binding.

Maintain a clean and orderly production area.

Provide customer service to internal departments or clients as needed.

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience in reprographics, print shop, mailroom, or office services preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with print software or Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
