Direct Hire - Resident Support Specialist
1st shift 8am - 4pm 
Location: Albany, NY
Pay: $17 – $19/hr (Entry Level)
$20 – $23/hr (with Property Management Experience)

As a Resident Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and fostering a welcoming, responsive environment for residents. Working alongside the Community Leader, you'll assist with leasing, resident relations, compliance, and administrative tasks—making a direct impact on the community's success. Key Responsibilities

• Show available apartments to prospective residents

• Process rental applications and maintain waitlists

• Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections

• Handle resident communications and service requests

• Assist with resident placement based on housing needs

• Support community compliance with applicable housing programs

• Deliver notices and assist with all general leasing activities

• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform credit checks

• Perform administrative duties and support other community management tasks as directed

What We're Looking For

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Experience in property management or leasing

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working both in an office and around residential properties

Work Environment

This is an on-site position involving both office work and regular property tours. Some lifting (up to 20 lbs) and physical activity required when showing units or assisting with community needs.
