Direct Hire - Resident Support Specialist
1st shift 8am - 4pm
Location: Albany, NY
Pay: $17 – $19/hr (Entry Level)
$20 – $23/hr (with Property Management Experience)

Show available apartments to prospective residents

Process rental applications and maintain waitlists

Facilitate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections

Handle resident communications and service requests
-
Assist with resident placement based on housing needs
-
Support community compliance with applicable housing programs

Deliver notices and assist with all general leasing activities
-
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform credit checks

Perform administrative duties and support other community management tasks as directed

Required: High school diploma or equivalent
-
Preferred: Experience in property management or leasing
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working both in an office and around residential properties

This is an on-site position involving both office work and regular property tours. Some lifting (up to 20 lbs) and physical activity required when showing units or assisting with community needs.
