Risk Rating Specialist
Work Arrangement: 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Hybrid)

As a Risk Rating Specialist, you'll gain valuable exposure to financial statements across a wide range of industries and work hands-on with model-based risk rating tools.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting company financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow)
  • Inputting accurate financial data into the risk rating model to generate Borrower Risk Ratings (BRR)
  • Applying adjustments and creating revised financial statements as required
  • Identifying intercompany transactions and performing appropriate eliminations for consolidated results
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
  • Supporting the Manager, Risk Rating with additional duties as needed

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment

Soft Skills:
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused
  • Accountable and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive, inclusive attitude and openness to feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
