Photo Reviewer

Pay Rate: $14/hour
Location: Saint Louis. MO
Shift: M-F 9am-6pm

Position Overview The Proofreader - Photo Reviewer plays a vital role in assessing the quality and accuracy of in-store displays and merchandising through the evaluation of photos submitted by retail specialists. This position ensures compliance with brand standards and helps enhance the in-store presence by pinpointing areas for improvement in product placement, signage, and overall presentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Real-Time Photo Validation: Review photos submitted by retail specialists to ensure setups comply with brand standards and company guidelines.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Verify product visibility, availability, and the correctness of displays and promotional materials.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze merchandising efforts, identifying areas for potential improvement.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide detailed and constructive feedback to retail specialists and clients, highlighting both positive and improvable areas.
  • Use of Technology: Utilize mobile apps and technology tools to access instructions, submit reports, and efficiently manage workload.
Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for identifying discrepancies in product placement and display presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using mobile devices and applications for professional purposes.
  • Knowledge of Merchandising: Understanding best practices for product placement, display setup, and promotional material installation.
  • Reliability and Independence: Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines consistently.
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of in-store presentation, ensuring that retail displays are not only visually appealing but aligned with brand expectations.
