Locations: South Gate, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour + Commission Opportunities
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking motivated, personable, and sales-driven Sales & Customer Service Consultants. This role offers a strong hourly base plus commission and is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers while being rewarded for performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Sell storage solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate units

Assist walk-in customers with rentals and general inquiries

Conduct facility tours and confidently present available unit options
-
Build rapport, handle objections, and close rentals

Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

Accurately manage customer accounts using computer systems
-
Maintain dependable attendance, including weekends
-
Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Comfortable closing sales and guiding customer decisions

Computer proficiency
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Weekend availability required
