What's a typical day as a Sales Operations Analyst? You'll be:
• Managing individual quota assignments and targets for the Commercial organization in Europe, reporting to the Global Sales Operations team.
• Partnering with Commercial Finance to analyze regional and business growth rates and validate baseline data for target setting.
• Coordinating with regional Sales Managers to review quota workbooks and refine targets within each district.
• Supporting the design of the sales compensation plan for all members of the Commercial team.
• Championing process and tool improvements for quota setting to increase efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field (business administration, operations management, engineering, sciences, finance).
• Have 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, Sales Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Possess proven experience working effectively across multiple departments and reporting lines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
