Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engage and respond promptly and courteously to encourage positive business relationships.
- Support the Sales Department by answering questions received via telephone, email, and fax, while researching responses as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Determine service charges and collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collections and billing arrangements.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Maintain customer pricing in the ERP system, entering contracts as required.
- Implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes.
- Manage inventory shelf life and expiry records effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
