Join our dynamic team as a Surgery Product Usage Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate billing and efficient product usage processes. Based in a virtual setting with occasional visits to our Englewood office, you will be the front line for data accuracy and relationship building with hospital billing specialists. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about supporting sales and customer service in the medical field, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Virtual (with occasional visits to Englewood, NJ)
- Pay Rate: $20.00 
- Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy in all Purchase Order (PO) entries, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, and EDI platforms.
- Build strong relationships with hospital billing specialists to facilitate the billing process.
- Follow up with hospitals to collect purchase orders and clarify any discrepancies.
- Validate and check the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases.
- Support Sales Representatives with product usage and pricing discrepancies.
- Utilize appropriate platforms to replenish surgery product usage cases.
- Verify lot code reservations and support resolution actions.
- Maintain communication with sales and operations partners regarding order locations.
- Provide comprehensive support to Sales Representatives, including data entry assistance.
- Address customer inquiries and develop creative solutions to issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken.
- Proactively update customers on order status to improve the billing process.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Proficient in using data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes is advantageous.
