What's a typical day as Sales Training Specialist III? You'll be: • Administering and maintaining the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), including content publishing, user enrollment, and analytics reporting • Designing, developing, and delivering engaging product and sales training programs for global audiences • Creating eLearning modules, videos, and performance support materials using tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia • Managing training schedules, onboarding initiatives, and ongoing learning aligned with global strategies • Partnering with stakeholders to translate complex product information into clear, effective learning content • Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements through data-driven insights
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, commercial training, or instructional design (Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Diagnostics experience preferred)
• Are proficient with LMS management; Docebo Admin experience required, Power Admin access required, Super Admin preferred
• Hold a Bachelor's degree (Docebo Admin Certification preferred)
• Have a documented track record of working cross-functionally and delivering training content for both eLearning and instructor-led formats
• Excel at project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
• Are passionate about continuous improvement and sales enablement methodologies
• Can thrive in a global, matrixed organization and are open to travel as needed
