About the Role
Our Scheduling Team is growing! We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented teammate to help manage daily scheduling operations, inbox management, leave requests, and interpreter supervision. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, multitasking, and technical skills — especially in Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling applications. You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate coverage, and excellent service for interpreters and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor shared inboxes to process emails, scheduling requests, and urgent updates.
  • Track and approve leave requests and schedule changes in our scheduling platform.
  • Handle staffing misalignment emails and communicate with interpreters regarding scheduling changes.
  • Assist with reschedules, training schedules, and new hire scheduling.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure even distribution of daily workload.
  • Provide coverage and cross-training support as needed.
  • Communicate with interpreters, team members, and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide clear updates.
  • Participate in special projects, process improvements, and team initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (shared inbox management, scheduling, email prioritization).
  • Experience with other business applications such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and scheduling tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to handle high-volume correspondence professionally.
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing scheduling environment with active listening skills and comprehension.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
  • A proactive, dependable teammate with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior scheduling, workforce management, or operations experience is a plus.

Why Join Us

  • Work with a team that values consistency, structure, and collaboration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in workforce scheduling, operations, and performance tracking.
  • Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and interpreters supported.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and process-building contributions.
