Entry-Level Production Operator – Cotton Gin Worker (Seasonal)
Location: Statesboro, GA
Schedule: Start: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; will transition to 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 7 days/week
Duration: 8–12 weeks (Seasonal)

What You'll Do:

• Operate cotton gin machinery, module feeders, bale baggers, and forklifts
• Feed raw cotton into the gin; process cotton bales and get them ready for shipment
• Perform basic maintenance, clear blockages, and keep the facility clean and safe
• Tie, tag, bag, and help load finished cotton bales for transport
• Follow safety protocols and help ensure high-quality cotton output
• Carry out general labor tasks: moving cotton, sweeping floors, raking loose cotton, assisting with facility operations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (cotton bales up to 500 lbs)
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work in hot, humid conditions
• Must be physically fit, agile, and ready for repetitive tasks

• Prior experience with farm equipment or forklifts a plus—but not required
• Ability to meet physical demands and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and teamwork
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
