Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: -40/hr based on experience
This position will be 100% onsite in Torrance, CA for the first 3 months

The senior accountant manages accounting records and is responsible to follow financial procedures, records and statements for compliance with laws and regulations.
Duties include:
- Assist in monthly general ledger close and financial statement preparation.
- Assists in preparation and audit reports. Assists with NCUA, FRB, Opinion Exams/Audit cycles.
- Manage corporate cash and wire desk.
Minimum education qualifications
BS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE
Minimum experience:
7-10 years of experience
Preferred Federal Credit Union Experience
MBA/CPA Preferred
Other job specific skills:
· Fixed asset experience
· Tax experience
· Analytical skills
· Process optimization
