What's a typical day as Senior Accountant? You'll be:
- Responsible for various lease-based accounting activities, including accruals, deferrals, lease valuations, and sales-based rent.
- Completing month-end close duties accurately and timely, which involves recording and approving journal entries and performing variance analysis.
- Interacting with accounting partners in North America and across the world to ensure seamless operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and have 3+ years of comparable accounting experience in a big corporate, high-volume environment.
- Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, along with an in-depth understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Have advanced MS Excel skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
