For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we're here for you! We're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract position supporting a top client in Spring, TX.

This Administrative Assistant III will be supporting a global team and Sr Project Managers and 2-3 Project Leaders along with 40 team members.Experience working in a corporate environment is critical in this role.

Long term contract
Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm
Pay $37 per hour (and up DOE)


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements.
• Maintain and organize files, databases, and records in compliance with company standards.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests.
• Support various project/workshop/event needs, document control, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and general administrative support for staff.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with international travel is a plus
• Willingness to learn new software applications.
• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette are critical.
