About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Innovation team supporting advanced document processing and automation initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Programmatically manipulate Adobe Acrobat files, including merging, renaming, copying PDFs, managing bookmarks and hyperlinks, applying confidentiality statements, and optimizing file structure.

Perform content-based quality checks, reconcile files against narrative lists, and split workloads based on file attributes.

Automate workflows using scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and maintain Visual Basic-based legacy tools.

Support or develop Acrobat plug-ins using C/C++ and the Adobe PDF Library SDK.

Facilitate inter-application communication (IAC) between Acrobat and other systems.

Log processes, handle error recovery, and ensure data integrity in automated workflows.

Coordinate technical tasks and contribute to project planning and execution.
Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Adobe Acrobat plug-in development using C/C++ and SDK.

Proficiency in scripting for Acrobat using JavaScript or Python.

Familiarity with Visual Basic and legacy tool support.

Understanding of inter-application communication (IAC).

Strong project coordination, documentation, and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to programmatically manipulate PDF files and automate processes.

Strong programming/coding experience in multiple languages.

Experience in document management and workflow automation.

Project management support skills to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
