Senior Customer Service Representative – Pre-Operative Planning Location: Weston, FL | First Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) | Onsite
Openings: 3 Positions
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and take pride in producing top-quality work, we'd love to meet you! Our team is growing, and we're searching for three detail-oriented professionals to help us keep up with rising demand.
Please Note:

  • This role is onsite only – remote work isn't available.
  • Due to growth, overtime may be required and can occasionally exceed 55 hours a week.
What You'll Do
  • Use proprietary software to create and complete surgical cases
  • Review CT scans for compliance with surgical protocols
  • Segment CT scans to build 3D models of patient bone anatomy
  • Produce pre-operative plans for robotically-assisted hip and knee replacements
  • Ensure landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning are precise
  • Upload finalized plans for field teams and document all steps thoroughly
  • Consistently follow work instructions to maintain quality
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience OR an Associate's degree or higher
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong English language skills (speaking and reading)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (required); familiarity with SharePoint or Materialize MIMICS is a plus
  • Adobe Photoshop skills a bonus
  • Certification or experience in radiology (CT/X-Ray/MRI), nursing, or anatomy coursework is helpful
  • Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
