What's a typical day as a Shared Services Operations Specialist? You'll be:
  • Performing routine tasks such as logging checks, processing checks, and working CLEAR queues

  • Making outbound calls to insurance carriers and handling inbound carrier calls to resolve issues

  • Researching faxes, reports, correspondence, and refund/return checks to ensure accurate processing

  • Following client policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Assisting with special projects and providing backup support as needed

  • Documenting work in company and client proprietary applications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedural guidelines

  • Solid technical skills with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills

  • Ability to work under supervision while meeting accuracy and productivity standards

  • Flexibility to handle routine tasks as well as more complex assignments over time

  • Worksite: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST

  • Pay: $16.00/hr

  • Must be able to pass background screenings

  • Training and supervision provided; opportunities to learn and take on non-routine tasks with experience
