Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Monday – Friday
What's a typical day as a Shipping & Receiving Material Handler? You will:

Receive inbound shipments via small package, common carrier, and private carriers.

Accurately update ERP system (Navision) with received quantities.
-
Collaborate with Customer Service to allocate inventory upon receipt.
-
Physically unload inbound deliveries while following safety guidelines.
-
Manage receiving requirements flagged for quality inspection and maintain documentation.
-
Inspect, verify, and unpack parts before storing them in warehouse locations.

Work with Procurement and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
-
Maintain warehouse organization per 5S standards.
-
Operate narrow aisle or sit-down forklifts when needed.

Follow all safety requirements and use PPE consistently.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
-
1–5 years of warehousing or shipping & receiving experience.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems (ERP preferred).

Ability to wear PPE and safely perform physical job functions.
-
(Nice-to-Have) Forklift license/certification and/or experience with Navision ERP.
