Now Hiring: Shipping Clerk
Location: Lima, NY
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

About the Role
A growing manufacturing company located in Lima, NY, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely shipments and smooth warehouse operations. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments
  • Verify and pack outgoing orders according to company standards
  • Create and print shipping labels and bills of lading
  • Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate with logistics providers
  • Track and report shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation
  • Inspect outgoing materials for accuracy and damage
  • Collaborate with production and customer service teams
  • Assist with receiving and inventory as needed

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred (1–2 years)
  • Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight shipping platforms
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or shipping software a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to become certified)

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift
  • Must be able to safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
