Description

We're currently hiring an Associate Shipping & Receiving professional for a weekday onsite role in Reno, NV 89511. This opportunity is well suited for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who are comfortable with shipping, receiving, boxing materials, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts, while also handling basic computer and documentation tasks.

Associate Shipping & Receiving

Location: Reno, NV 89511
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Essential Job Functions

• Perform daily shipping and receiving activities, including boxing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment.

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and condition, and route items to proper locations.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).

• Complete manual and clerical tasks, including data entry and maintaining shipment records.

• Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and internal logs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (or equivalent).

• Comfortable performing physical tasks and operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar computer systems.

• Strong attention to detail for verifying materials and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to work a fixed daytime schedule and follow safety procedures.
