Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Newington, CT
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18-19/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Newington, CT. This position focuses primarily on receiving operations while supporting material handling and parts pulling for production. The role ensures accurate processing of incoming goods, material movement between buildings, and maintaining organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities

Unload and inspect incoming shipments.

Process receipts and transactions in SAP.

Pull and deliver parts using forklifts or pallet jacks.

Label, unpack, and stock incoming materials.

Maintain inventory accuracy and 5S organization.

Support both shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid driver's license and forklift experience required.

SAP or ERP system experience preferred.

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Prior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
