What a typical day as a Site Spvr.MS Ops Onsite. might look like:
Responsibilities:
l Supervises day-to-day operations of specified 1-3 person site.
l Does not have hiring, firing or job performance responsibility for the personnel on site.
l At these sites, the employees report directly to the ESM or AMO May run shifts or site solo.
l Develops, implements and reviews related procedures.
l Invoices accounts and interacts with customers; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met.
l The Site Supervisor is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance.
l Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker.
l If a site exceeds 3 people, it must have a Site Manager or Assistant Manager if part of a larger campus-environment site.
l Responsible for effective implementation and management of Service Excellence.
l Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker.
l Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis in Managed Services (MS).
l Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary.
l Ensures payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time clock punches.
l Achieves shift profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively supervising the shift in the use of company materials and supplies.
l Ensures the quality of operations for shift by assisting in the achievement of goals in Audit and Deadline compliance.
l Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices.
l Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
l Facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders-in and invoicing by interacting and communicating with sales department.
l Ensures all direct reports execute objectives by the use of a developmental plan/ninety (90) day plan and regular performance reviews; posting productivity, quality and deadline results.
l Maintains positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner.
l Completes site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
l Completes month-end management report in the absence of Site Manager.
l Possesses ability to manage financial results by interpreting projecting, managing declining balances and reconciling profit and loss statement.
l Responsible for managing P&L.
l Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
l Must be fully vaccinated and this includes booster
l Responsibilities are copying/printing/scanning/binding.
l Covering reception breaks. Stocking kitchen.
l Receiving and scanning/distributing all mail regular and accountable mail.
l Managing the second site person, making sure they are on time and following procedures.
l Hand deliveries are required within a two mile radius.
l There will be walking, standing, lifting and bending.
l Must be able to lift up to 50# without assistance.
l Some lifting is required and assistance is available.
l All submissions must also be able to read, write and communicate both verbally and in writing in the English language proficiently.
l Attention to detail, organized, Customer Service and Team oriented and supervisor experience would be ideal.
l Dress code is business causal Slacks/dress shirt and comfortable shoes
l no free or reimbursed parking.
l most use public transit.
