Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20 per hour Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday Why you should apply to be Solderer:

What's a typical day as Solderer? You'll be:
  • Assembling and soldering electronic components on various circuit board assemblies, including Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies
  • Following detailed assembly procedures and process documentation
  • Inspecting circuit board assembly parts and determining soldering requirements
  • Preparing component leads, verifying material integrity, and reporting defective components
  • Maintaining accuracy of work-in-process and cleanliness of the workspace
  • Adhering to ISO and job-specific procedures, maintaining ESD integrity, and possibly training other employees
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Hold certification in Soldering or J-STD-001 (required); IPC-A-610 Certification is a plus
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of soldering electronics experience (preferred)
  • Can pass a soldering skills test and have knowledge of component identification and nomenclature
  • Are familiar with ISO9001 and IPC Standards, and have completed ESD Training
  • Can read and interpret procedures and visual aids, and have basic computer and problem-solving skills
  • Excel in a high-volume, dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or those given asylum in the United States)
