We're seeking a Solderer (Flex Assembler) to work at a company leader in innovative flex circuitry manufacturing in Plymouth, MA. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour (possibly more based on experience, skills, and education)
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

What's a typical day as a Solderer (Flex Assembler)? You'll be:
• Performing bench-type processes to complete electrical assemblies using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machines, microscopes, and bonding machines
• Assembling flex circuitry products to meet acceptance test procedures and quality standards
• Reporting defective parts or questionable conditions to the department lead or supervisor
• Reading and comprehending instructions, following established procedures, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Performing prescribed Operator Process Control Checklist prior to machine use and following safety protocols
• Completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing work to meet manufacturing schedules
• Conducting multiple washing operations for cleaning circuits and sheets
• Recording data of key features, measurements, and specifications per Production Control Work Sheet
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Bring at least one year of related experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Can read and follow instructions in travelers, work instructions, and ISO documents
• Possess strong attention to detail, good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to multi-task
• Understand and follow quality criteria and acceptance procedures for custom flex parts
• Communicate well, both verbally and in writing
