Job Summary:
The Solid Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes for solid products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. This role requires demonstrated experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure proper environmental controls within production areas.
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for solid dosage products or components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production lines to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and product quality.
- Oversee and maintain proper operation of HVAC systems to comply with manufacturing and industry standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure the reliability and compliance of HVAC equipment and environmental controls.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Prepare and review documentation related to manufacturing processes and environmental controls.
- Support validation activities for equipment, processes, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field required).
- Proven experience in solid manufacturing processes (pharmaceutical, food, or related industry preferred).
- Experience with HVAC systems in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
