$80 per hour based on experience

What's a typical day as a Sourcing Contracts Manager? You'll be:
• Writing and drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) and Change Orders (COs) for low-risk contracts using the Agiloft Legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, reporting to the lead for Contracts & Budgets & Outsourcing.
• Advising and troubleshooting existing agreements while attending cross-functional internal and external supplier meetings to ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Responsible for routing, tracking, and facilitating the timely progress of contracts from submission through to execution, as well as creating purchase requisitions to enable the PSC business to commence work.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a BS/BA degree in a related discipline and have 3 years of relevant experience, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have 1-2 years of direct experience in the life sciences industry, specifically in contract drafting and sourcing negotiations, preferably with contract manufacturers or clinical research laboratories. (required)
• Possess a working knowledge of clinical and commercial supply chain contract terms and conditions, and have experience in negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
