Sr. Electrical Engineer (Lewes, DE)
Our client is in search of a Senior Electrical Engineer. P.E. required, to join Lewes, DE team. Lewes is a busy beach town located in lower Delaware. Tax free shopping, outlets, restaurants, nightlife, and sunny beach days can't get any closer!
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will prepare design drawings and specifications, interact with other design professionals and contractors during the construction phase of projects, and perform electrical studies. This person will also travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.
The Senior Electrical Engineer requires extensive technical experience and exercising of judgment to optimize solutions through analysis of varied alternatives. Position will require working with a variety of industries, clients, and technical issues. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be expected to lead others, delegate work, and work on/lead multiple projects at one time (Assignments will have clear and specified objectives but may at times require the investigation of several variables to provide the customer with an engineered solution that will meet stated objectives and Customer's specific needs).
A Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineering (or comparable degree), and an active Professional Engineering License is required for this position. Wastewater experience, experience in designing power and control systems for municipal and industrial facilities, and, finally, experience performing Arc Flash Hazard Analysis - all huge pluses!
Our client is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. They have four offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
