Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Description:
Execute clinical and in vitro studies according to development plan in accordance with defined timelines and budget, internal processes and applicable regulation.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:

  • At an Operational Capacity:
    • Accountable for the end-to-end clinical program within budget and timelines: setup, execution, and follow-up.
    • Operate within the Process defined for the different activities
    • Select qualified CROs for the efficient execution of the clinical studies
    • Propose and conduct monitoring activities when necessary
    • Work closely with Medical Expert and Toxicologist for safety evaluation and/or recommendation in connection with clinical results.
    • Inform Director and Safety Group in case of any related SAE/AE and/or Pregnancy accordingly to process described in Safety SOP.
    • Ensure appropriate administration of clinical studies, using tools and systems efficiently from purchasing activities to archiving, following relevant SOP and INS.
    • Participate in task force representing group interests.
  • At the Project Level:
    • Provide relevant information to Product Research Leads for claim list set up.
    • Provide the Project Team with clinical support during project feasibility and development.
    • Accountable for setting up clinical plan based on claim list
    • Coordinate operational activities with the Director to ensure sufficient resources and budget to achieve project plan deliverables.
    • Update project milestones, clinical planning tool or organizational tracker costs, resource, and timing as per internal processes.
    • Report regularly to the Director on ongoing activities, alert when issues arise and propose solutions or actions.
    • Accountable for preparation and presentation of clinical results to the Project Team.
    • Bring support for preparation of regulatory documentation as needed.
    • Identify variances and present solutions/alternatives by optimizing the clinical plan in collaboration with the project planning and Director.
What You Have:
  • At least 8 years of clinical research in Cosmetic Dermatology or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic development process
  • Significant experience in management of multiple development projects
  • Extensive experience in clinical trial planning and oversight, interacting with clinical investigators and CROs
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building collaborative working relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude, a commitment to teamwork and an initiative taker
  • Autonomy in decision making
  • Critical thinking and knowledge of the working environment
