Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst provides advanced support for International Customs and Trade Regulations (CTR) operations. The role involves proactively coordinating and monitoring import/export compliance with U.S. international trade, customs, and other government agency laws and regulations to minimize the risk of penalties and fines for non-compliance across all entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support daily import/export operations and compliance efforts with international trade, customs, and related government agency regulations.
  • Aid in the strategic cost-savings initiatives, including foreign trade zones, duty drawbacks, free trade agreements, and duty suspension regimes.
  • Coordinate the review and update of internal procedures and help develop associated training modules, as well as manage responses to official government requests.
Qualifications
  • A self-starter, capable of completing tasks with minimal manager/supervisor direction, able to prioritize multiple projects and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in import/export operations for a multinational company.
  • Detailed understanding of supply chain logistics, including transport by air, ocean, truck, and rail, and knowledge in warehousing, distribution, supplier, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Internet, CROSS, and Customs Info.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication abilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Over 3 years of experience in U.S. international trade compliance with a solid grasp of core trade principles such as product valuation, tariff classification, C-TPAT, ISA, and special trade programs.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in interactions with US Customs, FDA, USDA, and other government agencies.
