Supply Chain Analyst/Clerk – Irvine, CA

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst at one of our Global clients in Irvine, CA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Supply Chain Analyst/Clerk
Location: Irvine (92618), hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office) – must be local
Hours: M-F
Pay: $30 hr and up, plus benefits and PTO
Duration: Minimum 2 year contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Support supply chain / planning projects as needed e.g. improve supply chain flexibility, reduce costs, etc.
• Support business planning and financial planning processes and leverage lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and effectively implement advanced Supply Chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
• Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight
• Responsible for attaining and driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy MAPE, bias , inventory entitlement, Slow Moving/Obsolete SLOB , and customer service LIFR .
• Modify / maintain JDE transactions including PO s as requested; Work with Deliver to improve monthly projected receipt accuracy
• Support generation / distribution of EM supplier OTIF report
• Support EM MPS process including but not limited to Swiftlink / System data cleanup maintenance / wkly file generation / direct ship Track / followup on all incoming EM supply including ASN transactions. including Vizigo process
• Collaborate with Planners / Warehouse / finance to resolve receiving issues.
• Support EM S OP deck generation
• Support planners with RPA process integration
• Process RTS requests including DOA s as needed
• Perform other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical / data analysis experience required.
• Strong sense of responsibility with extreme attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work independently and ensure 100 of all assigned tasks are proactively completed.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills are required.
• Hunger to learn and a passion for root cause analysis / process improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft suite is a must
• Advanced Excel skills are critical .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree required.
• 1 to 2 years of supply chain planning / purchasing / Logistics / materials management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is strongly encouraged (JDE, SAP and Manuguistic is preferred)
