Systems Analyst, Schaumburg, IL (Open to remote candidates in CST time zone)

Kelly Services is seeking a Systems Analyst for one of our top clients.

Duration: Medium-term, 3-6 months
Type: Contract W2
Pay Rate: $negotiable/hr. (W2)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm CST (Flexibility is a must in this role due to interactions with other countries. CST zone required)

Job Description:

As a Systems Analyst III, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience to lead initiatives and resolve customer billing-related issues. You will implement best practices and guide improvements across our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customer billing issues and initiatives, ensuring implementation of best practices.
  • Work extensively on the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in Oracle EBS and Cloud, focusing on billing across hardware, services, and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate across the Quote to Cash process, integrating CPQ, Subscription Management, EBS (Order Management, Services, Accounts Receivable, Accounting), and RMCS.
  • Provide insights and strategies to optimize billing efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, offering clear updates and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree desired but not required

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Finance consulting experience.
  • Proven expertise with O2C cycle and end-to-end Quote to Cash processes.
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex billing issues in a multi-faceted environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven self-driven approach to duties.
