Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs at our Glastonbury, CT location.
The Talent Acquisition professional will manage full-cycle recruiting, take day-to-day direction from TA leadership, and demonstrate strong ownership of requisitions, metrics, and stakeholder relationships. This role requires the ability to operate independently, track recruiting performance, and engage directly with department heads to assess talent needs, desired skills, and hiring approvals.
This position is primarily onsite in Glastonbury, CT. The contractor model is intended to demonstrate long-term viability of the role, with potential for future conversion to a direct position based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Report to Talent Acquisition leadership and partner closely with HR and business stakeholders

Take ownership of assigned requisitions while following strategic direction and priorities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

Meet directly with department heads and hiring managers to assess workforce needs, desired skills, and hiring approvals

Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to technical and professional roles; engineering recruiting experience is a strong plus

Establish and support an intern recruiting program

Track and manage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and candidate disposition

Maintain accurate documentation within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines

Ensure recruiting activities comply with state and federal employment regulations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Engineering or technical recruiting experience preferred

Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable applicant tracking systems

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
