Shift: 2nd 2:30pm-11:30pm
Location: Sanford. NC

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
  • Implement programs that promote redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
  • Actively inform talent about safety policies, best practices, and updates.
  • Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and deliver the highest quality services to meet customer needs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices, including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
  • Ability to build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Effective communication skills with multiple levels of management.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Must have High School Dipolma or equivilant
