Description

Job Title: Talent Advisor 

Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement strategies to enhance:

    • Employee engagement

    • Creativity

    • Talent development

    • Performance improvement

  • Execute programs that support:

    • Talent redeployment and retention

    • Skill development

    • Effective and efficient communication

  • Communicate safety policies, best practices, and updates to Talent

  • Address and resolve Talent-related issues promptly and professionally

  • Use feedback and engagement scores to identify and drive process improvements

  • Balance operational efficiency with high-quality service delivery to meet customer needs

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of HR/staffing practices including:

    • Onboarding and offboarding

    • Talent management

    • Employment law

    • Contract language

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships (internal & external)

  • Results-oriented and detail-focused in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Effective communicator across all levels of management

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
