Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator for a leading healthcare client in Eagan, MN. As a crucial member of the talent acquisition team, you will deliver a white-glove experience to candidates, new hires, and internal teams—ensuring a seamless hiring journey from pre-employment to onboarding. This hybrid role helps bridge employer branding with exceptional talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

Location:
 Eagan, MN
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $37.00/HR
Work Setup: Eagan, MN (Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite; anchor day Thursday, plus one additional day of your choosing. Buildings closed Fridays.)
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless, white-glove experience for candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and meetings with key team members.
  • Serve as the liaison between talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all parties.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screening, process new hires in Workday ATS, and collaborate with HR Operations for completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Keep team documents and resources updated and organized.
  • Prepare and distribute hiring manager and applicant correspondence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (including work, education, transferable skills, and military service).
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • High business acumen, both in writing and verbally (in person and over the phone).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and flexibility with shifting priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with ATS/HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
