Position: Talent Coordinator
Location: Addison, IL
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Type: Long-term contract (approx. 1 year), 20–40 hours/week, on-site

About the Role
Are you interested in working in Human Resources? This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking a career in HR or Talent Acquisition. Our client is a leading manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment with five manufacturing sites across the United States. Candidates ideally should have about 0-2 years of experience with college coursework and/or a degree in Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred.
Job Duties
- Source applicants by posting jobs on social media and approaching passive candidates
- Screen candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Generate and extend offer letters and job offers
- Maintain documentation on employment decisions
- Assist with onboarding processes as needed
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
Qualifications
- College coursework in HR, Business, or related field (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and via email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
