These are direct hire positions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client, offered their benefit, vacation and compensation package upon hire!

Details:
Shift Options:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Thursday – Sunday: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Compensation:

• Leads: $24.50 for day shift, $26.50 for night shift
• Supervisors: $70,000 - $95,000 annually
  • Overtime occasionally mandatory.

Job Description:

• Supervise and guide employees, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor operational metrics and proactively address issues related to equipment, facility or performance.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and decommissioning of hardware and infrastructure.
• Manage shift schedules, workforce allocation, and task distribution to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports to management on team performance, incidents, and project status.
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting of critical outages or events.

Requirements:

• GED/HSED required
• Ability to lead teams; hold people accountable with a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
