• Developing strategies, establishing goals, and coordinating all sales efforts for designated territories
• Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales activity reports as determined by management
• Using negotiating and communication skills in sales endeavors
• Developing key relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintaining contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Working closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and Quality personnel to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
• Assisting in organizing and participating in trade shows as exhibitor or attendee as necessary
• Analyzing and understanding sales data and corporate reports
• Participating in meetings and corporate activities as necessary
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations, sales leads, and prospects
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a four-year college degree in sales management or related field
• Have a minimum of five years of experience in sales and marketing disciplines
• Have a minimum of five years of experience with a manufacturing company
• Must read, write, and speak English ensuring a keen understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Have a genuine interest and passion to support current and potential customers
• Have a strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics
• Have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiating skills
